Objective


To find the serial number on Prisma Cloud.

Environment


  • Prisma Cloud
  • Prisma Cloud Compute

Procedure


  1. Login to Prisma Cloud.
  2. Click on Settings > Licensing > Show more info
  3. The output will display the Serial number.

Prisma Cloud Serial

 

Prisma Cloud Compute:
  1. Since this is self-hosted, the serial number cannot be viewed from the console.
  2. Check your email from Palo Alto which contains the serial number.
