How to find the serial number and Tenant ID on Prisma Cloud

Objective


To find the serial number and Tenant ID on Prisma Cloud.

Environment


  • Prisma Cloud
  • Prisma Cloud Compute

Procedure


  1. Login to Prisma Cloud.
  2. Click on Settings > Licensing > Show more info
  3. The output will display the Serial number and Tenant ID.

Prisma Cloud Serial

 

Prisma Cloud Compute:
  1. Since this is self-hosted, the serial number cannot be viewed from the console.
  2. Check your email from Palo Alto which contains the serial number.
  3. Self hosted compute console do not have any tenant id since they run in customer environment.
