How Do I Create a Child Credit Pool In a Different CSP Account

To walk customers through creating child credit pools in new CSP accounts and transferring credits

In order to transfer credits to a different CSP account you  must do the following.

1. Make sure you are using the same email address in both CSP Accounts.  Both accounts must have Super User and Credit Admin Roles.
2. Select the source account from the Current Account drop-down menu in the upper left.
3. Go to Products and select Software NGFW Credits.
4. Locate the destination account details, noting its specific Credit Pool ID and credit type.
5. Click Transfer Credits at the bottom left of the source credit pool view.
6. Select A Different CSP account and choose the target account name. 
7. Enter the matching credit type, the destination Credit Pool ID#, and the amount to transfer.
8. Click Update Credits to complete the movement. (If the destination  account lacks an active pool for that type, the portal will prompt you to create one).
