Objective
Subscribe to the Cloud NGFW Status Page to receive real-time notifications about service incidents, maintenance events, and infrastructure-related outages. Status page subscriptions help you stay informed of service health updates and incident progress without requiring manual monitoring.

Procedure
- Open the Palo Alto Networks Status Page on the browser window.
- Click Subscribe to Updates to receive incident notifications through Email, Call, Slack, and other supported notification channels.
- To subscribe to updates for an active Cloud NGFW incident, click Subscribe on the incident to receive ongoing notifications for that specific incident until it is resolved.
- To view the operational status of Cloud NGFW services on AWS & Azure, scroll to the Cloud NGFW section and expand it by clicking the + icon. The expanded view displays the operational status for each supported AWS and Azure region.

Additionally, if the incident is caused by the vendor's cloud infrastructure, you can refer to the vendor's status page for service health and incident updates.
