Unable to download PRECISIONAI licenses

We are seeing instances where PRECISIONAI licensing cannot be retrieved and license keys are not available for manual download. The route cause of this issue, is the license start date is set for a future date.
  
This is happening because unlike other license activation processes, PRECISIONAI renewal information is not automatically applied for PRECISIONAI as the customer has to associate the license with Device Security, as the customer has to manually associate the licenses they may choose a Device Security with the wrong license term, which leads to the incorrect start date being listed.

To resolve this issue, please log an Admin Ticket via the Customer Support Portal, we will work with our Operations Team to correct the license term in the backend.
