Why do Cortex Branch Period Scans take awhile to complete?

Answer
Branch Periodic Scan duration:
- Currently, our system is optimized to handle large-scale operations, such as scanning thousands of repositories in under 24 hours. However, there is an initial overhead task performed when scans begin, which can cause a small repository to take up to an hour to complete.
- There is no current requirement for Periodic Scans to finish within shorter timeframe.
NOTE: PR (pull request) scans have a more specialized infrastructure, designed to run much faster by bypassing the overhead associated with periodic scans.
