Symptom


Getting error “INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR_0001” when trying to upgrade or downgrade any device in the tenant

Prisma SD-WAN ION

 

Cause


Due to internal API issue

Resolution


Workaround : Attach the syslog profile the syslog server configuration and remove once upgrade is done
