Objective


For Apps correction, customers can use the feedback button to submit the feedback instead of opening a case to TAC. 

Here is the document introducing the feedback feature.

Procedure


  1. Locate to "Manage > SaaS Security > Discovered Apps > Application Dictionary", click the icon at the lower right.

2. Fill in the requested information then click submit. 

Following is an example that SaaS Security fails to detect 'DeepL Translation Tool' traffic as "DeepL Translate", but detects it as "DeepL Pro".
