Panorama shows "Failed to execute backup config command" due to RN 25K feature flag

  Failed to backup config. Reason: Failed to execute backup config command.

• Error seen in "plugin_cloud_services.log" indicates reason is due to "RN 25K feature flag support is not enabled":
  

  panorama> less mp-log plugin_cloud_services.log 
  2025-06-10 01:15:32.228 +0000 ERROR: [config-backup]  RN 25K feature flag support is not enabled

• Panorama with Cloud Services Plugin
• Prisma Access tenant connected to Cloud Services Plugin

The failure is caused by the "RN 25K feature flag" not enabled on the Prisma Access tenant associated with the Panorama's Cloud Services Plugin.

• Contact Palo Alto Networks Support to enable the "RN 25k feature flag" for the cloud tenant

The error is related to the Cloud Services plugin auto-backup for the Prisma Access configuration. The plugin tries to auto-backup Panorama's configuration once per day.
