- How to identify Cortex Supported Integration vs Community Supported Integration and request the appropriate support

Cause
- Just like the Google Playstore or an Apple Store, XSIAM integrations can be created in house or submitted by the community.
Resolution
- For integrations created in house, and fully supported by the Cortex team, the Marketplace integration will say it is Supported by: Cortex XSIAM
- These integrations are supported fully by the Cortex Team.
Example:
- For integrations created submitted by the community, and fully supported by the Cortex team, the Marketplace integration will say it is Supported by: the Contributor

- For support for these integrations, if you click on the contributor's name, you will see a contact email that the customer can reach out to for support.
