Symptom


The customer identified duplicate agent entries for their iOS agents.  The customer saw that the agent were re-registering almost every 3-5 seconds.

Environment


  • Cortex XSIAM Agent
  • iOS Agent 8.8.2
  • iOS Agent 8.8.4

 

Cause


There was a bug in iOS agent 8.8.2 that caused the agent to re-register.

Resolution


The resolution was provided in iOS agent 8.8.4
