How to Enable ADEM in Global Protect client

Objective
To enable ADEM, and enable the sending of statistics from the Global Protect client.
Environment
- Prisma Access(SASE)
- GlobalProtect
- ADEM
Procedure
To enable ADEM in Global Protect follow these steps:
- Click on right corner of GP agent to display the options.
- Click on settings.
- Click on Troubleshooting and enable the box "Enable user experience test"
Note:
- This is applicable only when the ADEM config is set with option "Install and User can Enable or Disable DEM".
- If the admin uses the option "Install and User cannot Enable or Disable DEM" then this article is not applicable.
