Test SCP server connection fails with 'exec request failed on channel 0'

The following error is observed during the tests in both CLI and WebUI:




When initiating a manual config export, following error message is observed:
Failed to redirect error to /var/log/pan/appweb3-panmodule.log (Permission denied)

• PAN-OS 11.1

This is cosmetic issue and does not affect the export functionality.

Although the test SCP server connection fails, the actual export is successful. Scheduled exports are fully functional as well.
