Question


  • Under IoT Security > Integration > Cloud Identity Engine Integration, the status displays "Unable to connect."

 

  • But, the CIE sync status with IoT shows as "Success".

 

While CIE sync status with IoT shows as "Success", why does IoT Integration with CIE showing the status as "Unable to Connect"?

  • CIE (Cloud Identity Engine)
  • IoT Security


Answer


The status indicates that IoT is unable to detect any on-premises Active Directory domain on the CIE. If the domain is not an on-prem AD, this behavior is expected.
