Objective
Explanation on how to bulk close incidents
Environment
- Cortex XDR
- Cortex XSIAM
Procedure
1. Apply a filter to see the incidents you want to see.
2. You can use the checkbox on the left most column to mass select the incidents
3. Right Click on the incident selection(s) and select "Change Status"
4. Select your resolution.
