How to set up custom SMS/EMAIL alerts in Device Security

Objective
Currently, the Device Security solution does have a mechanism to send the alerts. Below steps guides you to configure the custom EMAIL/SMS alerts.
Environment
- Device Security environment
- SMS/Email notifications
Procedure
- Log Into Device Security Security Portal, select Administration tab, click User Accounts
- Fill out all the details
- Scroll down to Notification Settings and click Enable and give the SMS/EMAIL DETAILS.
- Click OK.
Additional Information
Additionally, there are system alerts and notifications management within the Device Security platform for sending the alerts to the respective owners.
- you can also enable EMAIL notification.
