During system bootup, TPM_PT_LOCKOUT_COUNTER value is printed in serial console output

Symptom
During system bootup, the following counter value is displayed in serial console output, starting from PAN-OS 11.1.0.
INFO: TPM_PT_LOCKOUT_COUNTER: 0x00000003

* * * * * TPM Self-tests passed successfully * * * * *
Environment
- Palo Alto PA-1400 Firewalls
- PAN-OS 11.1.0
Cause
- This is expected behavior.
- The message was added to boot sequence output for checking the counter value.
Resolution
TPM lockup counter message is newly added in PAN-OS 11.1.0 and no action is required.
