Objective


Locate the Tenant ID and Serial Number for your Azure CNGFW

Environment


Azure-hosted CNGFW

Procedure


  1. Navigate to your Azure portal,
  2. Locate your CNGFW and open its page on the portal,
  3. Click on "Support + troubleshooting" and then click on "New Support Request"
  4. You'll see the Tenant ID and Serial Number for your Azure CNGFW; you'll also find the Support Account number.
