Symptom


"Global Authentication Cookie CA" and "Global Authentication Cookie Cert" were added by System after Strata Cloud Manager was upgraded to 2025.r1.0.

Environment


  • Cloud Managed Prisma Access
  • Strata Cloud Manager
  • Cloud Management Version : 2025.r1.0

Cause


  • This is caused by a known backend issue.
  • The upgrade caused a process restart and then, generate default configs executed.
  • In the current plan, the issue will be fixed in 2025.r3.0

Resolution


  1. This config change may cause "out-of-sync" status.
  2. Select Admin Scope as "All Admin" and perform "Push Config".
