Objective
The purpose of this article is to help customers to check IPSec logs on Prisma Access for troubleshooting purpose
Environment
- Prisma Access
- Strata Cloud Manager (SCM)
- Strata Logging Services (SLS)
Procedure
- Log into hub
- Go to Strata Logging Services or Strata Cloud Manager
- From SCM go to the Incidents and Alerts >Log Viewer.
- If using From SLS go to Explore. Apply Filter: Sub Type = 'vpn'
- Logs can be further filtered by Log Source Name (per vpn) and exported to csv file.
