Objective


The purpose of this article is to help customers to check IPSec logs on Prisma Access for troubleshooting purpose

Environment


  • Prisma Access
  • Strata Cloud Manager (SCM)
  • Strata Logging Services (SLS)

Procedure


  • Log into hub
  • Go to Strata Logging Services or Strata Cloud Manager

  • From SCM go to the Incidents and Alerts >Log Viewer.
  • If using From SLS go to Explore.  Apply Filter: Sub Type = 'vpn'

  • Logs can be further filtered by Log Source Name (per vpn) and exported to csv file.
