How to check IP reputation for Prisma Access

This article shows how to check IP Reputation on Prisma Access for the end users when access issues are experienced on some websites.

1. Go to https://whatismyipaddress.com and check the owner of the IP address.

2. Check if your IP address is correctly geolocated (Country) using multiple websites like: iplocation.net,  maxmind.com, ipinfo.io, cisco talos, fortiguard

3. If Palo Alto Networks is not shown as the ISP as shown above, below, Open a Support Ticket mentioning the same.

One of the workaround is to use Traffic Steering to a regional endpoint with clean IPs, as this can resolve these access issues.
