Firewall rebooted unexpectedly with "Out of memory condition detected" in system logs

Symptom
- Firewalls reboots with Out of Memory (OOM) messages. These can be seen in the system log (show log system)
17:29:02 critical general general 0 Out of memory condition detected, kill process 9045 <<<
17:29:12 critical general general 0 Out of memory condition detected, kill process 9057 <<<
- The "reportd" memory usage is seen as high and keep increasing (about 8 gig). This can be seen in the CLI command "show system resources | match reportd"

Environment
- Panorama
- Log Collector Groups
- PAN-OS 11.1.x, 11.,2.x, 10.2.x
Cause
Software Issue.
Resolution
- The issue is resolved under PAN-267671.
- Upgrade to the fixed PAN-OS versions will resolve the issue.
- The fixed versions are 10.2.14, 11.1.8, 11.2.5 and other hotfix versions.
