Private Application access through Prisma Browser and Explicit proxy is failing with error ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED

• Access to internal resources down via Prisma Browser and Explicit Proxy.
• Access to public sites remains functional.
• Private application not accessible initially via FQDN.
• The same App is accessible through Prisma Access Browser /Explicit Proxy when using IP address.
• The browser will present ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED error

• The private app domain was incorrectly configured under the Authentication bypass domain list for the Explicit Proxy.
• The private app domains should not be included in the authentication bypass domain list, which caused a failure in private resource access.

Ensure that private app domains are not configured under the authentication bypass domain list for Explicit Proxy.
