Symptom


Panorama cannot manage Prisma Access after license update.

Environment


  • Panorama managed Prisma Access
  • Cloud service plugin 5.2

Cause


License Migration Issue.

Resolution


Upgrade the cloud service plugin to 6.0.x or higher
