Symptom


• ION Device stuck in Upgrade Initializing state

Environment


**Product_versions**
• CGX 6.5.2

Cause


We not sure about the cause clearly. It can be timing issue.

Resolution


Corrected the status of the ION devices by click the recheck SW version and then issue got resolved.
