Created On 08/26/25 09:22 AM - Last Modified 06/28/26 22:37 PM
Symptom
- Pull requests are not scanned after promoting the technical account to owner.
- Webhooks don't get created for pull request events.
Environment
- Prisma Cloud Application security
- GitHub Enterprise Server integration
Cause
- Permission changes made in GitHub after the initial integration are not automatically detected by Prisma Cloud. When the technical account was promoted to "Owner," the platform doesn't have visibility to re-evaluate its permissions to create the necessary webhooks.
Resolution
- Re-authenticate the repository for the permission changes to take effect by navigating to Application Security > Settings > Repositories.
- If re-authentication doesn't resolve the issue raise a support case to further investigate.
