Question
The installed software version on the ION device changed after using the RMA Wizard. Why?
Environment
- Prisma SD-WAN
- Strata Cloud Manager ( SCM)
- ION Devices
Answer
When the ION device is replaced using the new RMA process, the replacement device will automatically be configured with the same software image as the faulty device.
