Symptom
- Unable to download password-protected files in Remote Browser Isolation(RBI) environment
- For example, standard 'Office' files are expected to download, as RBI permits 'Documents' in a download setting.
- Unencrypted files without password are successfully uploaded and downloaded with the same profiles
Environment
- Prisma Access
- Remote Browser Isolation (RBI)
Cause
RBI does not support the file control with password.
Resolution
This is a current limitation.
