Symptom

Cause
Prisma Access Remote Browser Isolation (RBI) technology renders websites in an isolated, remote environment separate from the user's device. Due to this isolated nature, there's no direct interaction between the user's local device within Prisma Access Browser (PAB) and the remote RBI session. Consequently, saved passwords cannot be automatically entered into login forms on web pages within an RBI session.

Remote Browser Isolation Limitations also states the related limitation.
Depending on their implementation, some browser extensions on an end user's local browser that interact with a loaded page will be ignored (won't take effect) during remote isolated browsing.
