  • Activated a new Prisma Access Tenant on the wrong TSG ID.
  • Is it possible to move the Prisma Access tenant to the correct TSG ID?

  • Tenant Service Group (TSG)

Answer


Prisma Access App does not support migration from one Tenant Service Group to another Tenant Service Group
