Symptom


  • Settings are enabled to save the authentication information on iPhone's GlobalProtect App.
  • The user is still prompted for password.
  • The following messages are seen in the logs.

Cause


Software issue.



Resolution


  1. This has been fixed under GPC-23347 in App versions 6.1.9.
  2. Upgrade to the 6.1.9 version or higher will fix the issue.
