Symptom


  • When you use Edge Internet Explorer(IE) mode with Remote Browser Isolation(RBI), it does not show the site correctly.
  • For example, when you try to see the print preview, it is unable to load the page.

Environment


  • Prisma Access
  • Remote Browser Isolation

Cause


RBI does not support Edge IE mode.

Resolution


This is a current product limitation.
