No, when the order for Strata Cloud Manager Pro license is placed- the specific CSP Account ID is indicated on the order and the activation of the license is possible only on that CSP Account.
If you need to activate SCM Pro in a different account than the one indicated on the order - you need to contact your reseller/distributor to place the Purchase order under the correct entity.
