Symptom
Android device managed with MDM is not showing status correctly for Global Protect app when connected to VPN GW.
Environment
Global Protect client on Android managed with MDM
Cause
The 'headless_mode', activated via MDM configuration was preventing the GlobalProtect app from updating its UI, leading to the blank status display.
Resolution
Need to disable the headless mode from app configuration.
The key headless_mode need to be turned off in MDM settings.
