Why isn't INC_GP_CLIENT_VERSION_UNSUPPORTED notification generated though users use EOL'ed GlobalProtect versions?

  • Prisma Access
  • Strata Cloud Manager

Answer


  1. As of July 2024, the EOL'ed version monitoring job in backend is weekly basis,
  2. Example It is monitored at 23:00(JST) on July2nd, July 8th, July 15th,July 22th.
  3. For example, even users used EOL'ed version between July 3rd and 7th, the notification will be delivered on July 8th.
