Question


  • What does "Users: 5 Full Users" mean?
  • If we can only have 5 users access the XSOAR instance at all time, what will happen if we have more then 5 users access the instance?

  • Any version of Cortex XSOAR 
  • Licensing

Answer


  1. The "5 Full Users" means that you can create only 5 users in the XSOAR using this license.
  2. If you create more than 5 users you will see a warning in your environment and you will be breaching the EULA
  3. You can increase the number of users by contacting your Sales team in order to increase your license.
