ADEM Path Visualization does not show any data for monitored application.

Symptom
- ADEM (Autonomous Digital Experience Management) is configured for few apps and is working as expected to show users, application experience details as expected.
- The Path Visualization does not show any expected data like hops or the application path even though app experience score is visible.
Environment
- ADEM (Autonomous Digital Experience Management)
- Prisma Access mobile users
Cause
- ADEM path visualization is depended on the agent's ability to poll the app using either ICMP or TCP to identify hops involved in the path and then measure the experience metrics.
- If the Enable per hop performance metrics is not enabled, the ADEM will not measure these metrics and the path visualization data will not show up.
Resolution
- Enable per hop performance metrics in the application test being measured by the ADEM.
- Refer Advanced Options for directions on how to enable this option with available options.
Additional Information
- Once the required configuration is enabled and the app has enough data, path visualization is expected to show some path details for the monitored app.
