What does it mean by Eligible For Air-Gap Licenses?

There is a line added below the Credit Pool Expiration date, that states: "Eligible For Air-Gap Licenses: NO".
What does it mean by Eligible For Air-Gap Licenses?

Definition of air-gapped:
If the customers' network is 'air-gapped'. It's isolated from other networks because of high risk/ security reasons like a Defence organization. They are not internet connected.
"Eligible For Air-Gap Licenses: NO"
By default, most Credit pools will show "Eligible For Air-Gap Licenses: NO".
This means these customers' networks have internet connection.
They can select Advanced Sub features (such as AWF, ATP etc) when creating deployment profiles.
"Eligible For Air-Gap Licenses: YES"
This means these customers' networks are isolated, they are allowed to use old base Sub features (such as WF, TP etc).
Advanced sub features cannot be selected when creating deployment profiles.
Basically any of the advanced subs (ATP, AWF etc) require a direct internet connection to function. They do a real time send and response to our cloud services.
