Symptom


  • Trying to add Firewalls in the Hub under  HUB >Common Services >Device Associations.
  • The firewalls are seen greyed out and are un-selectable.

Environment


  • CDL (Cortex Data Lake) cloud service
  • TSG (Tenant Service Group)

Cause


The firewalls are not added in the Cortex Data Lake.

Resolution


  1. Add firewalls to CDL > Inventory
  2. Once the firewall is added, associate it in the HUB > Common Services > Device Associations.
