Symptom
- Global Protect system tray icon shows as Not Connected while the global protect agent is actually connected.
Environment
- GlobalProtect (GP) App
- Windows Host
Cause
Issue on Windows.
Resolution
- Restart the "explorer.exe" process in the Windows host.
