Symptom
- 在下面监视器>GlobalProtect我们可以注意到的日志'门户-getconfig'事件因错误消息而失败“无法获取客户端配置。”
- 来自gpsvc.log文件我们可以看到下面的警告信息，

Environment
- PAN OS 10.2.0 及以上版本。
- 使用用户/用户组配置选择标准配置的全局保护门户和网关。
Cause
- 当全局保护门户配置有用户/用户组时，可能会发生这种情况。
Resolution
- 该问题的解决方法是删除在门户配置选择标准下配置的任何用户或组。
- 去网络 >GlobalProtect门户 > 代理 > 配置 > 配置选择标准并删除调用的用户或组。
