Question


 Can a user scan if gdrive application is in EU region and SaaS Security API is onboarded in NAM region?

Environment


Prisma SaaS
SaaS Security API
SaaS Security Inline

Answer


The answer is NO. If we integrate EU google app in NAM tenant , it points to a different reverse proxy service.
  • User should install the application with someone who belongs in NAM region.
  • Make sure that the application integration shows app.aperture.paloaltonetworks.com link only. 
  • Scope permissions should be true for both the instances.
  • Check Global Admin permission scope on gdrive application.
Once the above checks are completed, verify the application if assets are coming into the SaaS Security API.
