La synchronisation NTP ne fonctionne pas lorsque le type d'authentification est défini sur Autokey

Symptom
- Après avoir configuré NTP pour utiliser la clé automatique pour le type d'authentification, la sortie de la commande show ntp affiche état: rejeté et accessible : non .
- Si le même serveur NTP est configuré pour utiliser le type d'authentification : aucun, le état est synchronisé et accessible.
> show ntp
NTP state:
NTP not synched, using local clock
NTP server: ntp.example.com
status: rejected
reachable: no
authentication-type: autokey
> show ntp
NTP state:
NTP synched to ntp.example.com
NTP server: ntp.example.com
status: synched
reachable: yes
authentication-type: none
Environment
- N'importe quel PANOS
- N'importe quelle plateforme (pare-feu ou panorama)
- NTP configuré
Cause
Le serveur NTP configuré ne prend pas en charge l'authentification.
Resolution
- Vérifiez si le serveur NTP autorise tout type d'authentification
- Configurez le même type d’authentification que celui pris en charge sur le serveur NTP (Autokey ou Symmetric Key).
- Si le serveur n’autorise pas l’authentification, configurer la valeur « type d’authentification » sur Aucun.
