Objective
- How to Reset the password and Unlock the User in the Prisma SD-WAN portal?
Environment
- Prisma SD-WAN
Procedure
- To reset the password, login to Prisma SD-WAN portal : https://login.elcapitan.cloudgenix.com/sign-in.html
- Go to System > User Management > Search the username > Edit > Click on Reset Password
- Similarly to Reset the User, login to the Prisma SD-WAN portal: https://login.elcapitan.cloudgenix.com/sign-in.html
- Go to System > User Management > Search the username > Edit > Toggle on Access as Not Allowed and again back to Allowed.
Note :
- Once the Password is reset, the user will receive a Password Reset Link on the registered email ID.
- Only super role users can reset the password.
