Will XSIAM integrations be affect by Azure AD Graph API End of Life announcement on Feb 1, 2025, (June 30 2025 with extension)?

No, we already transitioned to Microsoft Graph API which is not affected by the End of Life announcement Feb 1, 2025 (extension June 30, 2025)
