Discrepancies estimated credit allocation between 2 credit pools
Symptom
Customers are seeing discrepancies of estimated credit allocation between 2 credit pools
Environment

Cause
If you are seeing a discrepancy between a Credit Pool purchased before November 1st, and one purchased after this date this is expected behaviour.
As of November 1st, a price change has been implemented for any Software Credit Pool purchased after this date, any credit pools purchased prior to this date will not see an increase in credits.
Resolution
If you are still seeing a discrepancy in the total amounts of credits estimated between 2 credit pools, and you do not believe its in relation to the above price change then please raise an Admin Case via the Customer Support Portal.
We will then investigate your issue further to determine the discrepancy.
