Symptom
Strata Cloud Manager > Command Center > Threat page reported “0” for Wildfire
Environment
- Strata Cloud Manager (SCM)
- Prisma Access and NGFW
- Strata Logging Service
Cause
- Strata Cloud Manager > Command Center > Threat page > Wildfire category does not show logs at informational level.
- It only renders data if the Wildfire logs severity is higher than informational level.
Resolution
The behavior is expected due to the fact that only logs higher than the information level are displayed.
