Symptom


Many customers from China region reported that tabs are missing in their SLS tenant:

  1. Dashboard page
  2. Inventory page
  • Firewalls 
  • Cloud NGFW 
  • Prisma Access

Environment


 

SLS (Strata Logging Service) which is provisioned in China region

Cause


SLS tenants in China do not support all tabs

Resolution


SLS tenants in China region, do not support the following pages/tabs

  1. Dashboard page
  2. Inventory page
  • Firewalls 
  • Cloud NGFW 
  • Prisma Access
