コンテンツ「IoT」情報はデバイス ディクショナリとも呼ばれ、PA シリーズ次世代ファイアウォールがデバイス ID に基づくセキュリティ ポリシールールで使用する XML ファイルです。

さまざまなデバイス属性のエントリが含まれており、定期的に完全に更新され、更新するサーバーに新しいファイルとして投稿されます。

辞書のエントリに変更があった場合、更新するサーバーに修正されたファイルが掲載され、Panorama および PA シリーズ次世代ファイアウォールは、2 時間ごとに自動的に更新するサーバーをチェックし、次回そのファイルをダウンロードしてインストールします。

次の中程度の重大度のエラー メッセージがシステム ログに出力されることがあります。

タイトルにある中程度の重大度のエラー メッセージは、Panorama または PA シリーズ次世代ファイアウォールでデバイス ディクショナリの更新するプロセス中にエラーが発生したことを示します。

後続の更新するプロセスで同じエラーが発生しない場合は、Panorama/PA シリーズ次世代ファイアウォールと更新するサーバー間の一時的な問題として無視しても問題ありません (アクションは必要ありません)。

後続の更新するプロセスで同じエラーが続く場合は、 Palo Alto Networksサポートに連絡して、さらにサポートを受けてください。
