Symptom
Panorama VM cannot recognize newly added volume (disk) with error "Unable to make filesystem on <volume name>"

Environment
- Panorama VM
- A new disk is added
Cause
The disk is recognized as another partition (atari) and the system is unable to format this.
This could happen when the disk is corrupted.
Resolution
Replacing the disk could solve the symptom.
