Device stopped sending Device Telemetry data to AIOps after upgrading the device to PAN-OS 10.2.12/-h1/-h2

Symptom


  • After upgrading Firewall/Panorama to 10.2.12/-h1/-h2, device stopped sending Device Telemetry data to AIOps
  • "show device-telemetry stats all" shows the last telemetry sent date as the date when upgraded
  • Device telemetry details (show device-telemetry details) is not displaying anything (empty)
  • device_telemetry.log does not have any logs (empty) and some other log files are missing (such as "device_telemetry_curl.log," "device_telemetry_day.log," "device_telemetry_parse.log," and "device_telemetry_query.log.")

Environment


  • Firewall/Panorama to 10.2.12/-h1/-h2

Cause


PAN-OS bug.  Please upgrade to fixed PAN-OS versions

 

Resolution


Upgrade the device to fixed PAN-OS versions 10.2.14, 10.2.12-h3, 10.2.13-h1.
